Overview

How to navigate your way through the difficult issues arising in relation to loss in professional liability claims.  This seminar offers a practical and interactive programme which is designed to provide an update on the latest developments and to aid practitioners with case analysis and risk assessment, allowing them the opportunity to hone their skills in advancing or defending their clients' interests in relation to this most crucial aspect of claims.

A choice of workshops will be offered focussing on practical aspects of claims against professionals from a variety of different disciplines, dealing not only with loss-related issues but other relevant and topical matters.  Workshops will have a facilitator and include Wilberforce silks and junior barristers who specialise in the field.

The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception in the Max Rayne Atrium.
