This seminar aims to offer in depth analysis and comment on some of the most important and interesting cases in professional liability together with an update on how those cases have fared when considered in subsequent decisions of the court. 

A choice of workshops will also be offered which will focus on key issues of evidence and tactics, with a view to encouraging group discussion and exchange of views.  The workshops will have a facilitator and will include Wilberforce Silks and junior barristers who specialise in this field.
