  • Accolade Wines v Volkerfitzpatrick (2) Volkervessels (3) Goodman (4) Keller (5) Twintec (6) (2014)  – Acting for a specialist flooring contractor in a multi-party case worth £170 million involving the design and installation of an internal steel reinforced concrete floor slab and the piles beneath it at a warehouse in Avonmouth.  Highlighted in “The Lawyer” as one of the top 20 cases the year and one of the largest cases to hit the Technology and Construction court.
  • Arbitration in St. Vincent and the Grenadines concerning a construction contract for a substantial residence on Mustique.
  • A £100 million plus claim against numerous construction professionals in respect of the collapse of a railway tunnel at Gerrards Cross.
