Practice Overview

Ben joined Chambers in 2009 following the completion of his third six pupillage. His pupil supervisors were Michael Tennet QC and Julian Greenhill.

Ben is developing a broad-based commercial Chancery practice. He regularly appears in possession hearings, personal and company insolvency matters, and other applications in the High Court and in  County  Courts. He has recently been instructed on urgent freezing injunction applications, in which he acted for applicants seeking urgent freezing injunctions without notice, and for respondents on short notice.

Out of court, Ben has undertaken a variety of advisory and drafting work, including advising on and pleading a multi-party partnership dispute, and settling a landowner's objection to a Town or Village Green application, as junior to Tom Lowe QC.
