Practice Overview
Jonathan has a broad practice spanning the commercial and traditional chancery fields, with a particular emphasis on commercial disputes, property, trusts, professional liability and government work. He has substantial experience of working on matters with an international element as part of multi-jurisdictional legal teams. Jonathan has been on the Panel of Counsel to the Crown since 2007 (C Panel).
Jonathan is an experienced and persuasive advocate. He regularly appears in the High Court, County Courts and a wide range of tribunals including the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery) and the First-tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber). Jonathan prides himself on being an approachable and practical adviser. Jonathan regularly gives talks and participates in seminars related to his practice areas.
