Jonathan has a broad commercial chancery practice, with a particular specialism in pensions. He undertakes litigation and advisory work.

His pensions practice covers all aspects of occupational and personal pension schemes and associated professional negligence.

His commercial work covers contractual disputes generally and professional negligence across a range of professions, including in particular pension scheme actuaries.

His property work is focused on commercial property disputes but includes more general real property issues.

Jonathan also has experience of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation and has appeared as an expert witness of English law in foreign proceedings.
