Practice Area CVs
Practice Overview
Judith's practice encompasses a wide range of chancery law, with a particular specialisation in trust work, including the taxation of trusts. She is equally adept at advisory and litigation work, combining excellent analytical abilities with a practical approach, and is valued for her calm and decisive manner.
Many of Judith's cases in court cannot be reported as they are confidential. These include complex variations of trust in relation to substantial trust funds, applications by trustees for authority to effect transactions, and compromises of difficult issues of construction or administration of trusts, often relating to offshore trusts.
Judith also regularly handles cases involving wills, probate, administration of estates, charities, constructive trusts, Court of Protection cases, pensions, family provision, trust work associated with high wealth divorces and related professional liability matters.
