Christopher Nugee QC acted for Mrs Charman in this widely publicised Court of Appeal decision which involved the largest contested divorce award ever made in the English Courts.  A significant portion of the family wealth was held in an offshore discretionary trust.

Andrew Mold was led by Christopher Nugee QC throughout.

The case gained widespread coverage in the national press and legal publications.  It still continues to attract significant comment and countless articles have been written about it.
