Hammonds v Danilunas & Ors

Hammonds is seeking to recover alleged overdrawings from former partners following the restatement of Hammonds' accounts.  The former partners claim that the accounts Hammonds is ­relying on have not been correctly drawn up and are not binding on ­former partners.
