Propertypoint Ltd v Kirri [2009] EWHC 2958

Joanne Wicks represented Mrs Kirri, the respondent to an appeal from the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry. The case decided that a right of way may be claimed by prescription even though the relevant land was accessed in different ways in the course of the 20 year prescriptive period; it also confirmed that a right to turn or manoeuvre vehicles is capable of existing as an easement.
