• Acting for trustees having a significant shareholding in connection with the flotation of a successful consulting business.
  
  
• Acting in connection with the acquisition of an investment management business for the trustees of an employee benefit trust having a significant shareholding in the business.
  
  
• Acting for shareholders in a hedge fund business in proceedings to rectify the documentation transferring the business from a company to a limited liability partnership.
  
  
• Acting for a hedge fund in connection with the recovery of overpayments of remuneration made to an employee under a mistake.
  
  
• Acting for the directors of a hedge fund in connection with the consequences of a defectively planned and implemented tax planning scheme.
  
  
• Acting for a carpet manufacturing business in a claim for breach of contract arising out of the acquisition of a bespoke suite of software for order and supply management.
  
  
• Acting for a major employment  agency in a claim for breach of contract arising out of the supply of a software accounting system.
