Dispute Resolution: Commercial Chancery (Band 2) 

Terence Mowschenson QC has "a remarkable depth of knowledge combined with very good judgement," and is identified as "a go-to person if you want to bounce some unusual ideas around." His chancery practice covers the full range of commercial and financial matters. "Extremely compelling advocate" Christopher Nugee QC is highlighted for his "uncanny knack of exceeding expectations at every turn." He recently represented Land Securities in its dispute with Fladgate Fielder arising from a development at Oxford Street. Lawrence Cohen QC is recommended for complex, cross-border and high-value commercial chancery cases. He has significant experience acting in offshore jurisdictions, such as BVI and the Cayman Islands.
