Gabriel's practice encompasses all elements of real property, including landlord & tenant (both residential and commercial), easements and restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and conveyancing. He regularly appears before the Land Registry Adjudicator, and the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals.

Recent instructions include:

• Advising an investment company in relation to the purchase of a substantial hotel complex in the Caribbean.
  
  
• Advising developers in the enforcement of contracts for the ‘off-plan' sale of luxury apartments in Canary Wharf.
  
  
• Acting for a housing association in the recovery of service and other related charges.
  
  
• Acting for a purchaser of a substantial London property, in circumstances where the buyers had acted through an attorney and claimed that the attorney had, in breach of authority, agreed to sell the property at a significant undervalue.
