Some representative matters include:

• advising licensee in respect of issues arising under an international licence agreement relating to a well-known clothing brand;
• acting for licensor facing US$80m arbitration claim for alleged breach of an international licence agreement relating to use of well-known brand and trademark in connection with handbags;
• acting for Harrods in respect of US$20m claim for alleged repudiation of international licence agreement relating to the use of its brand in connection with watches;
• acting for major European car parts manufacturer on claim against former directors/employees for misuse of confidential information.
