• Advising Bed Banks on the applicability of the Travel Regulations and other issues (2009).
  
  
• Advising a tour operator on its liability to make payments under a share purchase agreement (2009).
  
  
• Drafting internet terms of trading for a major tour operator (2008).
  
  
• Advising wholesale providers of accommodation, flights and transfers on their business model and drafting terms and conditions to match.
  
  
• Advising on potential claims arising from insolvency of a ground handling agent in Turkey.
  
  
• Advising TUI on a claim brought by Ryanair in respect of access to Ryanair's website.
  
  
• Acting for Thomas Cook in respect of a substantial claim arising from a balcony fall.
  
  
• Acting for Airtours in the defence of a multi-party claim brought in respect of a substantial outbreak of cryptosporidium in a hotel in Majorca.
  
  
• Successfully defending tour operator against multiple claims arising out of a fatal coach crash in Turkey (Wreford Smith v Airtours [2004] CA).
  
  
• Successfully defending the claim brought by the wife of a man whom she saw drown in a lagoon on the first day of their honeymoon (Jones v Sunworld [2003] EWHC 591).
  
  
• Advising tour operators on various health & safety issues arising out of the use of gas water heaters in accommodation abroad.
