Jonathan has significant experience of financial services litigation, including

• Acting (with Michael Tennet QC) for insurers in relation to multi £bn inherited estate issues.
  
  
• Acting (with Brian Green QC) for insurer in disputes over construction of standard with profit policies.
  
  
• Instructed in a number of important pieces of regulatory litigation involving the Pensions Regulator under their new regulatory powers (the terms of which are at present confidential) (led by Brian Green QC, Michael Tennet QC and Raquel Agnello QC respectively).
  
  
• Dealing with pensions mis-selling claims.
  
  
• Acted for defendant in fraud claim alleging manifold breaches of FSMA.
