Jonathan is involved in most of the high profile property related professional negligence matters including:

• Cathedral Cleaning v Scottish Widows (a limb of which has been heard in the Court of Appeal and which was won by Jonathan) and Regional Investments v Lawrence Stephens.
  
  
• A very substantial claim on behalf of Benetton against a firm of solicitors.
  
  
• A large number of cases relating to professional negligence issues arising out of failed property notices, including in relation to properties in London and Cardiff.
  
  
• A multi-million pound claim brought by Bookham Technology against a developer and a firm of solicitors arising out of issues relating to restrictive covenants.
  
  
• A large number of claims relating to litigation related negligence such as WH Smith v Dechert, Chancery Division (Norris J) December 2008.
