Judith is regularly involved in advisory and litigation work concerning offshore trusts. 

Recent examples include:

• Acting for beneficiaries in proceedings about the construction of a trust deed governed by the law of Bermuda (and related issues of administration) in relation to a multi-million pound trust fund.
  
  
• Advising trustees in proceedings relating to the administration of a trust governed by the law of Prince Edward Island.
  
  
• Advising husbands, wives and trustees in several high-wealth divorce cases involving settlements governed by the laws of Gibraltar, Bermuda, Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.
  
  
• Acting for a minor beneficiary in negotiations of breach of trust claims in Bermuda.
  
  
• Drafting deeds and advising in relation to settlements governed by the laws of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
