David Phillips QC has been appointed to the 16-strong National Anti-Doping Panel

David Phillips has been appointed to the NADP along with four other QCs, two other barristers, two senior solicitors and a magistrate to help tackle drugs cheaps in UK sports.

The NADP will make judgements across a range of sports and begins work in April 2008. Other members of the panel includes doctors, scientists and sportsmen and women.
