Clare, who was called to the Bar in 1994, has also advised on multi-million dollar trust litigation in the Bahamas and Jersey and appeared in Weissfisch v Julius & ors [2006] 1 Lloyd's Rep 716 (Court of Appeal), where the issue was jurisdiction of the English Court to injunct foreign arbitration.
Head of Wilberforce Chambers, Jules Sher, commented: "Clare is one of the rising stars in her field and important to the expansion of our international capability. Her abilities, combined with her energy and experience, make her a great addition to this set."
