Practice Overview

Gabriel’s broad practice covers all aspects of trust and property law and related professional negligence issues: drafting, advising and litigation. She also advises in relation
to pensions.

She acts frequently in cases relating to trusts, the administration of estates and charities that often involve tax advice. Gabriel’s expertise in trust law has also seen her practice extend into the field of pensions.

In relation to property law Gabriel has a wide practical knowledge of conveyancing, in addition to advising regularly in mainstream areas of land law such as mortgages,
restrictive covenants, easements and problems relating to land registration.

Gabriel has built up a specialist knowledge of pre-1926 land law through work undertaken in relation to the redevelopment of land formerly owned by British Rail and other statutory bodies.
