Mediation

With nine accredited mediators who can help resolve complex disputes, we regularly advise and act for clients in mediations. Our expertise encompasses everything from general commercial and property disputes, to highly specialised areas such as professional negligence claims, partnership disputes, pensions cases, family disputes and intellectual property issues. This means we can provide the right person with the right level of experience for any case where we are instructed.

Arbitration

We have a number of members who are very experienced advocates, acting in a wide range of arbitrations both in the UK and internationally, including arbitrations in certain highly technical fields. Our depth of expertise also means our members are frequently appointed as experts to determine disputes or as legal assessors/advisers to non-lawyer arbitrators.
