Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers.

This year’s talks are chaired by Jonathan Hilliard QC and James McCreath.

The 2nd lecture in our series is:

RPI, CPI and beyond

Speakers: Michael Tennet QC, Emily McKechnie and James McCreath

  • What precisely is the purpose of indexation and indexation rules?
  • How good really is CPI?
  • How bad really is RPI?
  • Trustees’ duties and employer’s duties

Time:
6.30pm – 7.30pm followed by drinks.
(Registration and welcome drinks from 6.00pm)

Fee:
£70 + VAT = £84.00 per lecture, or a discounted rate of £250 + VAT = £300 for all four lectures.
