Mark has overall responsibility for all fixing and listing of cases in all areas of the High Court. He is responsible for the management and development of barristers' practices, client liaison, management of members' diaries, fee negotiation and assists with marketing and is the principle contact for the Bar Pro Bono Unit and FRU.  Mark is a member of the Institute of Barristers' Clerks and sits on both the Management Committee and Education Committee. He is also the IBC representative for the Customer Services Improvement Board of the Royal Courts of Justice  and the Rolls Building External Stakeholder Group.

Mark is a keen supporter of sports (but not any good at playing any of them!) and enjoys socialising and films. Along with Declan, Will and Fraser, Mark has recently completed the Three Peaks Challenge.
