Thomas has experience of advising and acting on arbitration-related matters, particularly in property matters.

He acted for the claimants in a claim to enforce an arbitration award in the Commercial Court, successfully resisting (both at first instance and on appeal) challenges to the award and its enforcement based on alleged illegality, fraud and other grounds: Kohn v Wagschal [2006]  EWHC 3356 Comm,   [2007] EWCA , Civ.

Thomas is also a qualified mediator.
