Previous cases include:

• Acting for the members in Society of Lloyd's v Morris [1983] (Reinsurance Law Reports) in which it was held that proceeds of personal stop loss policies were not caught by Lloyd's Premiums Trust Deed.
  
  
• Acting for agents in Cox v Bankside Agencies Ltd [1995] TLR in which it was held that proceeds of errors & omissions policies were distributable to litigating Lloyd's Names on a 'first past the post' basis, not rateably.
  
  
• Kohn v  Wagschal [2006] EWHC 3356 (comm): 
  

  Claim in Commercial Court for leave to enforce arbitration award under S.66 1996 Act.

  Dispute whether shares passed inter vivos or on death under Halacha law; whether award unenforceable for illegality or on other grounds.

  Successfully resisting application to set aside leave before Morison J  (December 2006) and as respondent to appeal to Court of Appeal (Waller, Laws and Gage LJ) [2007] EWHC Civ July 2007.
