Acting for an employer applying for a stay of a pensions mis-selling claim pending completion of the review by the Secuities and Investment Board.
Acting for the financial advisers resisting a claim for pensions-mis-selling and raising limitation issues (Shore v Sedgwick Financial Servides Ltd [2007] EWHC 2509 (QB) [2008] EWCA Civ.863).
