Thomas has extensive experience of private client work in advising and acting for trustees, executors and beneficiaries in contentious and non-contentious trust and probate/administration of estate matters (but not extending to the giving of specialist taxation advice).

Thomas has acted since 2003 for offshore trustees in extensive trust/property/commercial litigation relating to a substantial London property.
