Much of Tiffany's trusts and estates, partnership, funds and general commercial work has an offshore or multi-jurisdictional element.  Examples include:

• Cayman litigation arising out of the breakdown of a substantial venture capital partnership - dispute between a private equity fund manager and underwriter on the fund's collapse.
  
  
• Bahamian litigation involving injunctions to restrain distribution of trust assets and exercise of powers of appointment, application for appointment of a judicial trustee.
  
  
• Multi-jurisdictional contentious probate proceedings raising complex trusts, company law and conflict of laws issues.
