Tiffany is experienced in all aspects of trusts and estates work, both contentious and non-contentious, offshore, onshore and multi-jurisdictional with clients ranging from investments banks to charities to private individuals. There is a high degree of crossover between her trusts and estates, property and professional liability practices. 

Much of her casework is confidential. It includes:

• Bahamian litigation involving injunctions to restrain distribution of trust assets and exercise of powers of appointment, application for appointment of a judicial trustee.
  
  
• Cayman litigation arising out of the breakdown of a substantial venture capital partnership - dispute between a private equity fund manager and underwriter on the fund's collapse.
  
  
• Large family trust dispute involving allegations of breach of duty by a professional trustee.
  
  
• Various fraudulent and negligent breach of trust claims, claims involving breach of duty by investment managers.
  
  
• Claim by disappointed beneficiary against interim receiver appointed under Mental Health Act 1983 for allegedly negligent failure to procure statutory will.
  
  
• Various claims regarding issues of mental capacity, involvement of Court of Protection.
  
  
• Restitutionary claims for money paid by mistake and change of position defences.
  
  
• Multi-jurisdictional contentious probate proceedings raising complex trusts, company law and conflict of laws issues.
  
  
• Claims involving issues of domicile, sham transactions, undue influence, rectification of wills and trusts.
  
  
• Applications under the Variation of Trusts Act 1958, under Trustee Act 1925 for enlargement of trustees' administrative powers, Inheritance Act 1975, approval of compromises, Re Beddoe applications, claims for appointment and removal of trustees and executors.
