His cases include Vivienne Westwood v Conduit Street Dev, a dispute concerning penal conditions affecting a lease, and The Supreme Court decision in Berrisford v Mexfield concerning the certainty of term rule in leases. In addition to his mainstream commercial property practice Mark also has a specialist interest in matters involving commons, mines and minerals, sporting rights, and agricultural holdings.
