Pensions recruitment

Wilberforce Chambers’ market-leading pensions practice is recruiting to support our large team of silks and the demand for work in this area.

Tenancy applications are particularly encouraged from junior barristers who can demonstrate experience in pensions litigation, or in cases involving pensions together with professional negligence, tax, insolvency, employment or public law.

Applicants should be able to provide evidence of strong performance in respect of their practice, combined with a high level of academic ability.

If anyone interested in applying would like more information about Wilberforce or the application process, they are encouraged to speak to Nicholas Luckman (Practice Director) for a confidential discussion.

Wilberforce Chambers is committed to providing equal opportunities and promoting diversity. We therefore encourage and welcome applications from groups that are potentially disadvantaged or under-represented at the Bar.

More information on the full application process can be viewed here.

Applications will be treated in strict confidence.
