We are delighted to announce that Clare Stanley has been appointed Queen’s Counsel in this year’s silk appointments.

Clare is an experienced barrister, specialising in commercial and chancery litigation, ranging from cases involving complex financial disputes, cross-border insolvency and fraud, to probate cases, trust disputes and professional liability claims.  She is described in the directories as “an effective cross-examiner”, who “offers strategic and commercial advice combined with excellent advocacy skills”.
