Chambers announces the death of Edward Nugee QC
It is with deep regret that Chambers announces the death on 30 December 2014 of Edward Nugee QC.
Ted Nugee was an immense presence at the Chancery Bar and within chambers. He was Head of Chambers for over 30 years until 2006, and remained an active member of chambers until his death. His influence on the development and ethos of chambers cannot be overstated, and he was a constant support in the careers of very many present and past members of chambers and staff. A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held in the Temple Church (London EC4Y 7BB) on Wednesday 4th February at 5.45pm (doors open at 5.15pm).
We shall all miss him enormously.
