English Court refuses registration of Italian judgment regarding succession (Sidoli v Sidoli)

Tiffany Scott KC has written an article on the case of Sidoli v Sidoli, in which the Italian Court found the testator mistaken regarding the paternity of two sons excluded from his English will. The assets in the estate were located in England, and the English Court declined to register the Italian judgment setting aside the will, holding that the Italian Court had no jurisdiction over matters of succession.
