  • Trustees as Litigants: How must a trustee act differently compared to a “normal” litigant? Beddoe orders and blessing applications. Sharing legal advice with beneficiaries and privilege issues Privacy issues, in particular where there are minors and unborns Court of Protection issues where a beneficiary or settlor lacks capacity.
  • Actions for an account: Which of the many ‘account’ remedies are you really interested in? Procedure and accounts. How does an account work in the real world? Limitation and accounts.
