JPLA Midlands: The 1954 Act Grounds you forget about and Fixtures / Fittings and Chattels – who is responsible for what?

Tuesday 27 January 2026
5.30pm
Shakespeare Martineau, Birmingham
Free to attend for PLA members

Naomi Kilcoyne and Mark Galtrey will be presenting a JPLA Midlands training session.

They will provide members with a review into the more forgotten opposition grounds and how they can be used effectively as well as how to ensure tenants don’t lose their fixtures at the end of the lease and landlords don’t get burdened with fixtures they don’t want.

Training is followed by networking drinks. Open to all PLA members and property litigation apprentices, trainees and paralegals attending with a PLA member.
