Joanne is speaking as part of CMS and Wilberforce’s joint panel ‘Arbitration in Real Estate – Missing a Trick?‘ with Nick Wood (CMS), Richard Bamforth (CMS) and Chris Ogle (Hilton EMEA).

The panel will discuss whether the wider use of arbitration might be beneficial to the (domestic and international) Real Estate sector, in providing an effective and efficient dispute resolution process.

The conference is taking place from Monday 3rd June to Friday 7th June. Joanne is speaking on Thursday 6th June.
