PLA’s Law Reform Committee: ‘The Great Debate’

Wednesday 8 October 2025
Mishcon de Reya, London

Joanne Wicks is speaking at PLA’s Law Reform Committee: ‘The Great Debate’ on Wednesday 8 October.

Joanne is speaking with Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC (Falcon Chambers), Sabrina Furneaux-Gotch (Mishcon de Reya) and Eloise Illingworth (Macfarlanes). In this session, the panellists will each take turns to passionately pitch an area of property litigation which they believe is most in need of reform. The panel will then debate the various proposals with questions from our Moderator, Judge Elizabeth Cooke, and from the audience and finally the audience will vote on which proposed reform is most deserving of implementation.
