What’s on their mind?

We are delighted to invite you to our latest breakfast seminar involving a series of short presentations on issues concerning parties’ states of mind in commercial disputes.

Tom Roscoe, Jonathan Chew and Simon Atkinson will each give a short presentation on ‘matters of the mind’ that have arisen in their recent cases: What is the relevant state of mind? Whose mind is relevant? And how do we prove it?

Join us at the Four Seasons DIFC at 7.45am for a breakfast buffet, the seminar will then begin at 8.30am.

9.30am – Close
