Pensions Lecture – What is reasonable: some complexities of the moral hazard regime

Tuesday 14 June 2016
6.30pm - 7.30pm
The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL
£70 + VAT | 1.0 CPD

Wilberforce Chambers invites you to a series of lectures by senior practitioners on technical topics of particular interest to non-contentious pensions lawyers. Wilberforce Chambers has a well-established reputation in the field of pensions law, due in large part to the late Edward Nugee QC, to whose memory these lectures are dedicated. The fields to be covered are members’ rights to information, certain complexities in the moral hazard regime, challenges relating to the PPF and trustees’ duties, and DB schemes on the decline curve.

The second lecture in our series is:

What is reasonable: some complexities of the moral hazard regime

  • Quantification of relief and the relevance of gains
  • Contributions between targets
  • The insufficiently resourced and service company tests: when the obvious becomes elusive.

Speakers:

Jonathan Evans QC, Andrew Mold and James McCreath

Cost:
£70 + VAT = £84.00 per lecture, or a discounted rate of £250 + VAT = £300 for all four lectures.
