​This Private Client Breakfast Briefing will discuss ‘Trustees dealing with uncertainty’, including topics such as:

  • How should trustees go about dealing with uncertainty of fact, law and in their decision-making
  • Factual uncertainty – Benjamin and similar orders, advertising
  • Legal uncertainty – the uses and quirks of s. 48 AJA
  • Uncertainty surrounding decision making – blessings and “momentous” decisions, implications of Denaxe and how to bind the right people

Join Fenner Moeran KCElizabeth HoughtonSamuel Cathro and Andreas Giannakopoulos as they host this breakfast briefing. This session will be hosted from 8.30am at Wilberforce Chambers and online via Zoom. We will be serving pastries and hot drinks upon arrival, and the talk will start at 8.45am.
