Non-Disclosure Agreements

Martin Hutchings QC and James McCreath will be giving a presentation on Non-Disclosure Agreements. The aim is for this to be an interactive process and questions are encouraged from the audience.

MARTIN HUTCHINGS QC
Martin has a broad property practice covering both contentious and non-contentious matters and professional liability in related areas. He has acted in many recent high-profile cases covering all aspects of property litigation. He has particular experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters including business tenancies, dilapidations; insolvency-related lease issues, and consent for alienation. He has a wealth of recent reported cases including five recent wins in the Court of Appeal in the last 18 months, which mark him out as the advocate’s advocate. Recent triumphs include ground-breaking dilapidations case Sunlife v Tiger. Martin was awarded Real Estate ‘Silk of the Year’ at the Chambers Bar Awards 2014 and he is recommended as a ‘Leading Silk’ in The Legal 500, and Chambers & Partners.

JAMES MCCREATH
