Postponed: Wilberforce RICS Cayman Seminar: Hurdles to development and how to clear them

Friday 16 September 2022
1pm - 2pm
Kimpton Seafire Resort, 60 Tanager Way, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman
1.0 CPD

In light of the period of national mourning in the UK following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, and respecting the position of Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories, Chambers has taken the decision to reschedule this event. When we have a new date confirmed, we will update our website.

We are pleased to partner with RICS in Cayman, where John McGhee QC, Harriet Holmes and Daniel Petrides will be giving a presentation on:

Hurdles to development and how to clear them

  • Restrictive covenants
  • Prescriptive rights and leisure rights after Regency Villas
  • Registration issues under codified systems

The full programme is available to download here.

Please email seminars@wilberforce.co.uk if you would like to RSVP or have any questions.
