Insolvency recruitment

Wilberforce Chambers’ award-winning insolvency practice is recruiting. Tenancy applications are encouraged from silks and juniors who can demonstrate experience in some, or all, of the following areas: corporate insolvency, personal insolvency, contentious and non-contentious restructuring, offshore litigation, and related professional negligence.

Applicants should be able to provide evidence of strong performance in respect of their practice, combined with a high level of academic ability.

If anyone interested in applying would like more information about Wilberforce or the application process, they are encouraged to speak to Nicholas Luckman (Practice Director) for a confidential discussion.

Wilberforce Chambers is committed to providing equal opportunities and promoting diversity. We therefore encourage and welcome applications from groups that are potentially disadvantaged or under-represented at the Bar.

More information on the full application process can be viewed here.

Applications will be treated in strict confidence.
