Harris Bor specialises primarily in commercial litigation, international arbitration, banking & financial services, and intellectual property. He has acted as counsel on numerous arbitrations under UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, Swedish Chamber of Commerce, ICSID, and WIPO rules on disputes relating to commercial contracts, hedge funds, derivative trading, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate transactions, on line technology, and mining projects. Harris also has broad experience of court related matters arising out of arbitrations such as freezing injunctions, and applications to appeal and challenge an award. Harris has been admitted to practice in the DIFC and on a matter before the courts of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Harris is also listed as a leading junior for international arbitration in the Legal 500 United Kingdom 2012’s guide to outstanding juniors nationwide, and is a part time tutor in international arbitration at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London.
