Chartbrook v Persimmon appears on most important cases list

The case of Chartbrook v Persimmon [2009] 1 AC 1101 in which Christopher Nugee QC (now Mr Justice Nugee) and Julian Greenhill (both of Wilberforce Chambers) appeared for the successful appellant was recently voted one of the fifteen most important cases decided in the last 150 years, in a survey of subscribers to the Law Reports conducted as part of the celebrations of the ICLR’s 150th anniversary
