Emily Campbell wins ‘Contentious Barrister of the Year’ award
We are delighted to announce that Emily Campbell has won the 2014 ACTAPS Award for Contentious Barrister of the Year.
The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) was established for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work.
Emily Campbell was called to the Bar in 1995 and her practice encompasses a range of chancery and commercial work. She is particularly experienced in both the litigation and advisory sides of the law relating to trusts, estates, taxation and pension schemes.
Emily has significant experience of contentious and non-contentious trust and estate litigation, including cases with a foreign element.
She advises on a wide range of issues with an emphasis on private wealth planning, tax and the drafting of trust documentation. Frequently praised in the legal directories for her “incisive intellect”.
