Estates Gazette Podcast: TFS and the automatic stay of possession proceedings
Following the handing down of the judgment in Court of Appeal case of TFS Stores v BMG (Ashford), Joanne Wicks QC and Mark Galtrey (Falcon Chambers) have recorded a podcast where they discussed the significance of the case with EG’s deputy legal and professional editor, Jess Harrold.
