Freshfields’ David Pollard joins Wilberforce Chambers Pensions Group

Wilberforce Chambers are delighted to announce that David Pollard has accepted an offer to join Chambers. David specialised in pensions law at Freshfields for 29 years, and on completion of the formalities of being called to The Bar, David will join Wilberforce as a member of chambers. David is due to commence practice at Wilberforce on Monday 4th December 2017.

David has been a past Chairman of the Association of Pension Lawyers, and maintains an active interest in the association. He led the Pensions Group at Freshfields for many years, advising employers and trustees in relation to pension matters. David’s expertise in this area includes corporate transactions, scheme mergers, scheme changes, employer insolvency and Pension Regulator issues.
